We ship via USPS and UPS. We only offer domestic shipping to the US at this time. Shipping rates will vary based on location. We offer free shipping on orders with 2+ KYDOs, automatically applied at checkout.

We offer a full refund within 10 days of receiving your order. Please email us at studiokydo@gmail.com to begin the return process. To be returnable, candle must be in original condition. The refund will be issued once the package is inspected by us.

We offer exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. For an order to be exchanged, the candle has to be unlit and has to be new. We do our very best to make each candle meet our high quality standards. We individually measure each component in each candle and have a specific pouring and mixing process. Due to our candles being made out of 100% natural soy wax, our candles melt differently after being burned.

Wooden wicks are very temperamental like firewood. If you are having trouble keeping the wick lit, it needs to be trimmed shorter and the charred parts need to be pinched off. If you are having any other issues, feel free to email or DM us with photos and we would be happy to help! ☻

All fragrances including perfumes, sprays, diffusers, candles, etc. should be used with caution. It is recommended to closely monitor your pet when introducing new fragrances and discontinue any type of fragrance medium if your pet has signs of coughing, labored breathing, nasal discharge, sneezing, and wheezing. There is not an existing department yet that regulates candle ingredients or requires companies to display them. There are also no current testing methods that can claim any candle to be officially pet-safe. We do our best by making all of our fragrances phthalate and paraffin-free and using 100% soy wax. We recommend limiting usage of our candles to under 4 hours at a time.
